Can you fix the yAxisMinValue on a stacked bar chart

I have created a simple stacked bar chart - but I want to force the yAxis to start at a non zero positive value. Seting yAxisMinValue does not appear to do anything!

Can this be done ?

Please check the below fiddle using your provided dataSource, and the y-axis minimum value is being set to 40000 correctly using 3.13.3-sr.1 version.

Kindly ensure that you are using the latest version of the library, that is 3.13.3-sr.1
