matt2012 Report post Posted September 13, 2007 It would be great to fill bars not just with colours but also patterns I think you could get something really jazzy going - maybe expand that to image backgrounds for bars/area charts which couls be streteched or tiled? Hi, Currently we do not have any plans to implement this feature in near future. If feasible, we will add this feature in our wishlist. Hope this helps! Cristi S. Report post Posted March 8, 2017 (edited) Please reconsider implementing this feature, it is a usability issue. For people having trouble recognizing plain image fills, patterns may help distinguish between different series. It's also good when you need printing but you have just black ink. The feature has been there for a long time in Highcharts, AnyChart, amCharts and Microsoft Chart, to name just a few.
