Custom Label on Hover for BarChart?

Hello, I'm trying to get my barchart to display a hover value on a label that isn't the label. So for example I would want this to show up when I hover on the $1.95M instead of the bar:

The tooltip with the data plot details will be displayed on the chart when the column plots are hovered over. It is not possible to display tooltip on hovering the values on the chart.
