  3. Hello, I'm looking to create a column chart that looks similar to what's shown in the attachment. Can you please provide some guidance on the steps I may be able to take to reproduce such a result? Thanks!
  4. In our charts we have a single style that applies to a lot of labels on the chart (which include YAXISVALUES and DATALABELS). However for some reason the bold property does not apply on yAxis data labels. The chart we are using is the column 2D chart. The styling XML is as follows : <styles> <definition> <style name='connexica' type='font' color='000000' bgColor='ffffff' font='Arial' size='10' bold='1' italic='1'/> <style name='displayValues' type='font' font='Arial' size='10' color='AAFF00' bold='1' italic='1'/> </definition> <application> <apply toObject='BACKGROUND' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='CANVAS' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='CAPTION' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='DATALABELS' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='DATAPLOT' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='DIVLINES' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='HGRID' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='SUBCAPTION' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='TRENDLINES' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='TRENDVALUES' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='VLINES' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='XAXISNAME' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='YAXISNAME' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='YAXISVALUES' styles='connexica'/ ><apply toObject='LEGEND' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='SCROLLPANE' styles='connexica'/> <apply toObject='DATAVALUES' styles='connexica'/> </application> </styles> Can you confirm if this is a bug or if there is a solution to this problem? Regards Thomas Pooler (Connexica)
  5. Hi, I'm working on a site containing existing FusionChart charts. I'm trying to revise the charts per client request. I'm able to do most of the revisions, but I'm stuck on this last one. 1) Is there a way to specifically choose the y-axis increments? I understand I can change the number of dividers. However the math isn't adding up on some of them. For instance, they have one chart with a y-axis range of 0 to 30. They'd like the increments to be 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30. I can only get it to be 0, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30. 2) Also, their stacked column charts go to 110%. They were told previously it couldn't be fixed. When I specify the maximum to be 100%, it hides the top label (110%), but the y-axis increments are still 0, 22%, 44%, 66%, 88%...implying that the chart goes to 110%. Any suggestions or help would be very much appreciated! Thanks.
  6. Hi everyone, I have been exploring the possibilities with FusionCharts for a little while now and am currently exploring their limitations as our company is looking at purchasing the full product. At the moment I am experimenting with the trail version of FusionCharts, however I have come across a requirement in our current system that I am finding that I am unable to recreate in FusionCharts and therefore would be very grateful if anyone has had a similar issue or whether there is a solution. A few charts that we currently display are a combination of column and scatter charts. I am able to recreate the chart using the 2D combination chart (currently using the 2-yAxis chart type) with column and line, but is there a way for me to render the series in question as scatter in the context of this chart? I've looked into the renderAs attribute and other chart types, but cannot see (in documentation / Google) a way for this to be done at current. Thank you for any assistance! Dan
  7. 3D Chart Floor

Hi, I'm wondering it it is possible to render a stacked 3D bar chart with a thinner chart floor. Please see images attached. I'd like to render the chart with a thin floor (1, maybe 2 px) rather than the thick floor that renders by default. This: Instead of this: Thanks!
  8. My scenario: I want a multi-series column chart to display data from a database. The y trend line is going to represent some average number throughout the chart. What I want to do is test to see if each column is above/below this average and change the color accordingly (i.e. if the column is below the average it would be red alerting the observer, otherwise it would be green). This seems doable, however I also want to show the two different column possibilities in the legend (red columns = 'Below Average', green columns = 'Above Average'). Essentially, because it is coming from a database and I don't know the values at compile-time, the chart could render columns in varying colors (i.e. red green red green...). From what I have read, it seems the datasets and their values are going to match up with each label in the order they are written to the xml data. This is where I'm stuck, because some data may be written to one dataset while the next time around I need to write it to another (if I used two separate datasets). Is there a way to close a dataset and append data to it later? How do I solve this? Thanks, pickle
  9. Hi, I need to add a small icon on the bottom of each column within the chart. Do you know if it is possible? Or maybe you could indicate a workaround. I am using the fusion charts for FlexSKD3. Thanks in advance! Danut
