Hello, Is it possible to have a shaded area that doesn't go all the way down to zero? I'm looking to have a a multi-line chart with a shaded area, i.e. from the attached image, the light grey line (lowest line) should be shaded down to 45 and not 0. -Mazen

multi series line chart legend click animation disabled
MGS_Sebastien posted a topic in Suggestions & Requests
Hi, When FC was on 3.10 version, the multi-series line chart had a nice functionality : when clicking on legend, the line is going from its position to below and by clicking again from below to its position, this was really a nice animation. Since the 3.11 version, why did you disable it ? Is there any option to reactivate it ? Thank you, Sébastien -
Hello, I have been working with Fusion Charts for quite some time now and the product is great. I am now trying to create a Real Time Line Graph using Fusion Charts with the data to be fetched from MySQL. Following your documentation for the same, I have successfully implemented "Line Chart". However if change the chart type to "realtimeline", the chart does not load. It says "No data to display". The code: if ($resulthum) { // The `$arrData` array holds the chart attributes and data $arrDatahum = array( "chart" => array( "caption" => "Real-time stock price monitor", "subCaption" => "Harry's SuperMart", "xAxisName" => "Time", "yAxisName" => "Stock Price", "numberPrefix" => "$", "refreshinterval" => "5", "yaxisminvalue" => "35", "yaxismaxvalue" => "36", "numdisplaysets" => "10", "labeldisplay" => "rotate", "showValues" => "0", "showRealTimeValue" => "0", "theme" => "fint" ) ); $arrDatahum["data"] = array(); // Push the data into the array while($row = mysqli_fetch_array($resulthum)) { array_push($arrDatahum["data"], array( "label" => $row["timestamp"], "value" => $row["humidity"] ) ); } /*JSON Encode the data to retrieve the string containing the JSON representation of the data in the array. */ $jsonEncodedDatahum = json_encode($arrDatahum); /*Create an object for the column chart using the FusionCharts PHP class constructor. Syntax for the constructor is ` FusionCharts("type of chart", "unique chart id", width of the chart, height of the chart, "div id to render the chart", "data format", "data source")`. Because we are using JSON data to render the chart, the data format will be `json`. The variable `$jsonEncodeData` holds all the JSON data for the chart, and will be passed as the value for the data source parameter of the constructor.*/ $columnCharthum = new FusionCharts("realtimeline", "myFirstChart2" , 600, 330, "chart-2", "json", $jsonEncodedDatahum); // Render the chart $columnCharthum->render(); // Close the database connection $dbhandle->close(); If you could please identify the mistake I am making, it would be great. Multi-Series Date Data Results in Broken Lines
MBCS posted a topic in Collabion Charts for SharePoint
Hello, I'm trying to create a chart showing two series lines. The first would be the Planned Costs (vs. Date) and the second series is the Actual Costs (vs. Date). The problem is that there are large date gaps between data points and I have dates where I don't have values for both series. If a "Actual" cost is between two "Planned" costs, the line is broken for both series. Is there a reason that the lines are not continuous? Is there a way that I can get the lines to not be broken? I've tried grouping the date data by day, but this did not solve my issue. Also, without date grouping, the X-axis does not represent correct spacing for date data. The gaps are always uniform in the data. is there a way to set the x-axis to a date range and have it scale correctly? This didn't seem to work with an X-Y chart either. This seems like it should be a fairly simple problem for this type of program. I've attached example data and a screenshot of the chart that is created. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards. Example Data: Broken Line Chart:- 3 replies

I want single line chart, with dual y axis; i.e. each point of line have two values for both y axis. ex. in below chart, consider all points connected as line. approx values. (for simplicity did, y2 value = 2 * y1, actual values are different.) Point 1 refer as Month=Jan, Qty=20, Amount=40K Point 2 refer as Month=Feb, Qty=18, Amount=36K Point 3 refer as Month=Mar, Qty=13, Amount=26K Point 4 refer as Month=Apr, Qty=22, Amount=44K Point 5 refer as Month=May, Qty=16, Amount=32K 35|______________________________________________________________|70K |_________________*_____________________________________________| 30|_______________________________________________________________|60K |_______________________________________________________________| 25|_______________________________________________________________|50K |_______________________________________________________________| 20|___*_________________________________________*__________________|40K |_______________________________________________________________| 15|___________________________________________________________*___|30K |_______________________________*_______________________________| 10|_______________________________________________________________|20K |_______________________________________________________________| 5|_______________________________________________________________|10K |_______________________________________________________________| Qty------Jan----------Feb------------------Mar---------------------Apr---------------May----Amount How can i achieve same?

I'm trying to build a line chart (MSLine.swf) and I want my lines to be dashed (or dotted). I see I can apply the dashed attribute to a trend line <vLine dashed='1' />. I also can add the dashed attribute to the dataset <dataset dashed="1">. When I apply this attribute to the dataset for a chart area (MSArea.swf), I get the result I want. Is this feature NOT supported for line charts? What am I missing?

When you render a Logarithmic line that includes values of '0', the graphs do not render continuously. I will attach XML and image.
